What is padel?

Padel is a mix between tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court with walls. It’s easy to learn and great for all skill levels.

Do I need experience to play padel?

No! Padel is beginner-friendly, and most players pick it up quickly.

What’s the difference between padel and tennis?

Padel is played on a smaller, enclosed court with walls, and the scoring system is the same as tennis.

How many players do you need for padel?

Padel is played in doubles, so 4 players are needed.

Booking & Pricing

How do you book a court and see what’s available?

Head to our Playtomic Page, click on Book, and select your slot.

How do you create an open match?

• Go to our Playtomic Page.
• Click on Open Matches and choose your desired slot.
• Scroll down to Book a place in a match and select “Book the first spot”.
• Choose your type of match (competitive or friendly), then proceed to checkout.

How much is it to play?

It depends when and for how long! Have a look at our prices page.

Is it possible to hire racquets?

Yes, for £2 per racket. These can be added when booking or collected from staff when on-site. If booking within 24 hours, please check with us first to ensure availability.

Is it possible to get some padel balls?

Yes, for £6 per pack, available at the clubhouse when staff is present. Balls can also be added to your booking. For last-minute bookings (under 24 hours), please check with us to confirm availability. We do not offer used balls to maintain quality.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! We have flexible membership plans that offer discounts on court bookings and events.

Coaching & Training

Do you offer group coaching sessions?

Yes! We have group coaching sessions:
• Beginners Group Coaching – Mondays, 19:00 – 20:30
• Intermediate Group Coaching – Wednesdays, 19:00 – 20:30
Sessions are available to book via Playtomic one month in advance.

Do you offer private coaching sessions?

Yes! Private coaching sessions can be booked by contacting us directly.

What is a Playtomic Levelling Session?

This is a session run by a certified Playtomic Coach, where your abilities, strokes, and performance will be analysed. Your level will be updated the day after the session once approved by Playtomic.

Do you offer taster sessions?

Yes! Contact us, and we will arrange a session for you.

Facilities & Equipment

Do you sell padel equipment at the club?

Yes! We sell rackets for all skill levels, as well as grips, protectors, balls, and apparel. If you need something specific, we’re happy to help.

What should I wear to play padel?

Comfortable sportswear and non-marking trainers are recommended.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the edge of the park, a short walk from the courts.

How do I access the club?

Have a look at our directions below. The courts are situated at the back of the park.
During unstaffed hours, an access code will be sent to you as the gate will be locked.
